Dark Chocolate Martini + Strawberry & Cream Negroni

A refined, non-creamy chocolate martini using 100% Venezuelan chocolate––cold vacuum distilled to isolate an authentic flavour. In its cleanest version the chocolate was then blended with dry vermouth and gin to create a full flavoured, elegant chocolate martini. Not heavy, not sticky. Vol 200ml | 

A delicately sweetened take on the classic negroni that perfectly introduces a fragrant middle eastern palate. Stalwarts gin and vermouth head a strong foundation as sweet, macerated strawberries, aromatic rosehip and decadent yogurt chips carefully complete an unforgettable aperitif with lingering pleasantness.
