Shipping Policy
Delivery Times:
Standard Delivery: 5-8 Business days.
Express Delivery: 3-5 Business days (major cities and towns).
International Delivery: 10-15 Business days.
*Please note: Shipping prices are indicative of location. All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse and shipped to your selected state or region, which may incur additional charges based on distance and order weight.
Please allow an additional 5 days for regional delivery.
The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are usually shipped within two business days.
We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
If you are worried no one will be home to accept your parcel, contact our Customer Care Team, and we can request that your parcel requires a signature or is delivered to your local Post Office.
There may be a delay of up to 2-5 business days during our peak periods.
Please note that we cannot amend product, customer, or delivery details once your order has been placed online. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Care team if you have any queries about placing or receiving an order.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars.
For all interstate orders, we ship via Shippit using a combination of services, including Australia Post and couriers, based on the best shipping price we can offer.
International Shipping
We use Auspost for all international web orders. Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders.
Tracking
All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lastly, we'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us at hello@drinksbyloro.com, and we'll figure this out for you.
