Panettone Milk Punch
Our ANNUAL SEASONAL RELEASE — The historic milk punch method formulated in the 1700s combines spirit, tea, citrus juice, and warm milk to create curdling and then strained. The clarification removes colour, tannins, and viscosity producing a clear, well-rounded drink embodying the flavour of every element. We’ve gone next level adding an iconic seasonal twist, infusing the milk element with panettone from All Are Welcome bakery in Northcote and fortified wine.
The 2023 Panettone Milk Punch pulls together some of our favourite Melbourne small-batch producers. Melbourne made Gospel Solera Rye Whiskey, Marionette Orange Liqueur, De Bortoli Botrytis Semillon, and panettone from All Are Welcome, Northcote come together to create our most celebrated release.

The product is a perfectly clear, full-bodied, baked goods & candied fruit bomb.
Store room temperature. Chill in the freezer for half an hour prior to serving. Pour over ice, garnish with an orange peel.
